Mexican Street Corn Dip
INGREDIENTS
1 cup drained corn
3 tbsp Spicy Plucky Pickle Dip
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/3 cup crumbled Queso Fresca
corn chips for dipping
optional:
bacon bits, green onions, parsley for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together corn, Spicy Pickle Dip, cilantro and cumin and stir until well combined.
Spoon into serving bowl and top with crumbled queso fresca.
Use corn chips for dipping.
